Canal Digital first in Sweden with game portal and Pause TV

Canal Digital takes the lead in Swedish Broadband TV development. In co-operation with Accedo Broadband, the service “FunZone” has been launched. FunZone is a completely new interactive game and entertainment service for Broadband TV subscribers. In addition Pause TV has been launched. FunZone contains seven different games to satisfy the entertainment needs of the entire family. Among the games are Black Jack, Poker, Sudoku, Quizzmaster, Solitaire and children’s games. The games can be played with the family in the TV couch or against other players on the official high score table that is integrated in the game portal. The game portal is available free of charge to all premium Broadband TV subscribers at Canal Digital. During 2006 FunZone will be gradually improved with new services, such as for example a unique and exciting Karaoke service. ”We are happy to have launched a unique game service first in Sweden.
